Fresh Water For Flint

Believing In Forever partnered with several area schools, churches, and businesses to take 2 trips, 3 U-Hauls, 1 semi truck, over 3000 cases, and 500 hundred gallons of water to Flint, MI to help combat the sever water crisis!

Poetry In Motion Youth

A youth open mic that provides a FREE platform for children to express themselves through vocal art (poetry, vocal, hip hop). Suicide is the second leading cause of death among young people ages 12-24. We want to give them an outlet of positive expression to better deal with their emotions as oppose to lashing out at others or hurting themselves.

Community Service Project

Our director, hip hop artist Devine Carama, did something very unique with the release of his last album, A Vintage Love Supreme. In order to get a physical copy of the album you had to do some form of community service or good deed within your community. Over 100 people gave back to their communities for a copy of AVLS.

Sons of single mother Mentoring Days

Sons of Single Mother Mentoring Day is a mentoring program reserved for central Kentucky boys, ages 5-17, that live in single mother households. Statistics tell us that children from fatherless homes are most susceptible to engaging in criminal activity, creating children out of wedlock, suffering from depression, and other challenges that negativity effect their social development. This program aims to combat those challenges with an onslaught of positive male role models from the community on a monthly basis. Some of the activities include mock job interviews, college visits, attending the movies, poetry in the park, museums, theme parks, church, going out to eat, essay contests and more. We try to balance out our activities so that our participants can not only get a sense of education, team building and fun, but also get exposed to things outside of their comfort zone. We hope that new exposure can inspire them to push beyond their current condition. This program hopes to fill the void for male youths growing up without a father figure. Any single mothers interesting in getting your son involved please email us at believinginforever@gmail.com

A Coat To Keep The Cold Away

Every year we engage communities with our annual youth coat drive for families in need. hours get cut, parents become ill, significant others or lost, and many other variables can lead to families struggling. We want to lighten the burden on those families and help keep the children of our communities warm for the winter

Grade "A" Cuts

We've picked different schools in our community and proposed our "Grade A Cuts" initiative! It won't be open to all boys but just a few at each school that are struggling. For every "A" any kid from those schools get on their final report card in May, they will receive a FREE haircut voucher for the summer. So if a kid gets 5 "A's" on his last report card, then he would get 5 FREE cuts during the summer. We have partnered with different local barbershops for each school! Just in extra incentive to inspire some boys in our community to push harder in school. Next year we look to to partner with beauty salons for a similar initiative with girls in our community!
